Following in the tradition of the “general contractor”, we undertake much of the construction work by our own workforce. When specialised work is sub-contracted, we carefully select the trades based upon quality and demonstrated performance. SGP has developed from past experience a quality control system in the form of a master punch list. Each stage of the project is reviewed and compared to the master list to ensure compliance with the design and construction documentation.
